1. Definition
AZTender Wire is a B2B data supply service operated by EM Consulting. Wire content is aggregated from public tender sources (etender.gov.az, World Bank, AzerGold, Azerenerji) and run through analytical processing.
2. Subscriber obligations
The Subscriber publishes Wire content under their own editorial responsibility. Attribution "Source: AZTender Wire — wire.aztender.ai" is mandatory. White-label and rebranding are prohibited.
3. AZTender obligations
AZTender is a data supplier, not a publisher of record. Source accuracy rests with the source; AZTender is responsible for errors in its analytics but not for editorial decisions made by the Subscriber.
4. Payment and cancellation
Monthly subscription renews automatically via Stripe. Cancellation is available in the customer portal at any time — access continues until the end of the paid period, no refunds are issued.
5. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by German law. Disputes are settled in the courts of Baden-Baden.
