Account data: name, email, organisation, locale preference. Audit log: every API request is recorded with IP, time and endpoint. Payment data is handled by Stripe; card data is not stored on our side.
3. Legal basis
GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — contract performance; Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest (security logs).
4. Retention
Active subscription + 30 days. Audit logs are retained for 7 years (SOX-equivalent). After account deletion, only anonymised statistics remain.
